* fix crash on ftp downlaods (had to add no proxy) - so not sure how it will go if you are behind a proxy.
* fix no recognise UC opml file ext
* add pref not to resume after call.
* if resume after call enabled - should only resume if a headset is connected. Tested on my hero nut i am not sur ewhat will happen on other devices.
* fix crash when cancel download
